**The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

It is fast paced and no day is the same

You will also be involved in client meetings and presentations

Its approximately 60% of your day on the phone, however it isn’t a call centre environment and there is opportunity to progress quickly to management

**The Package - Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

£20-25k starting salary, based on experience

Uncapped earning potential - Achievable 1st year £35k minimum
