**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Salary, benefits and incentives**
- Basic salary £21k
- Uncapped commission scheme (1st year OTE £32k, 2nd £45k 3rd £70k+)

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The role**
- Sales and business development
- Attend client sales meetings and networking events
- Management of the whole recruitment process

- Ideally you will have some sales experience but not essential
