Location: YMCA West Bromwich as well as outreachlocations across the Black Country.
Responsible to: Head of Health and Wellbeing
Working Hours**:37.5 hours a week **the natureof the job will involve flexible working hours including working evenings andweekends when appropriate.
Annual Leave: 20 days, plus statutory holidays.
Background: YMCA Black Country Groupprovides a range of Services including Supported Accommodation, NurseryFacilities, Healthy Living Centre (Sports Hall, Gyms, and Dance Studio), Healthand Wellbeing programmes, Learning and Skills and Community DevelopmentProgrammes.
**Salary**: £4.81 per hour
Fixed term 12 month contract.
Job Role: The post holder will co-ordinate digital media campaigns in linewith the YMCA BCG, Health and Wellbeing department expectations. YMCA BCGrequire a bright, enthusiastic, reliable, honest and hardworking individualwith a genuine desire to learn and to build a career in Digital Media/SocialMedia/Marketing. You will work closely with the Head of Health and Wellbeing, toachieve programme outcomes. You will support YMCA Black Country Groups widerholistic health agenda for the betterment of the young people, families andadults we serve.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Support Assist with creating PR/Social Media campaigns(Website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
2. Toundertake a level 3 diploma Digital Marketer with the City of WolverhamptonCollege
3. Assistancewith creation of graphics and design work
4. Providesupport and assistance across internal teams
5. Socialmedia and web research
6. Monitoringand reporting of trends and analytics
7. Assistancewith administration
8. Producingexciting video/media content
9. Assistwith the production of statistical and written reports
10. PromoteYMCA effectively via social media & other forms of communication tools e.g.online, newspapers, radio.
11. Attendmeetings across the country in line with contractual requirements.

Knowledge of social media and what inspires people
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Applications / Adobe Software Applications (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
Knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms
