We’re looking for **Full-Time** and **Part-Time Support Workers** to help individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism live fulfilling, independent lives.

**Your Role**:

- Provide experienced care and assistance with tasks like cooking, dressing, and household duties
- Support social engagements, hobbies, and community outings
- Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals by meeting safeguarding responsibilities

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar support role within the care sector is essential
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism
- A positive and caring attitude, with adaptability and resilience
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference
