Job description:
**Administrator - NRSWA Street works Coordinator**
You’ll also be the primary point of contact for local authorities in relation to any direct requests that they may have on our raised permits. We’re looking for a confident and professional communicator, as the role requires you to liaise with colleaguesand external stakeholders at all levels - both verbally and in writing.
This role will report into our Regulation and Compliance Manager, who’ll support you to develop your own knowledge and skills within the NRSWA permitry landscape. It’s a challenging and stimulating area of work, within a rapidly growing people-centred company.
**What you will be doing**
- Communicate internally any Permit trends and nonconformances
- Report on MUA’s compliance with our Statutory Undertaker requirements under NRSWA for notification of works within the highways
- MUA’s Permitry procedures are kept up to date and in line with industry requirements
- Manage customer accesses, escalations and technical issues on our Permitry portals
- Lead our constructors on best practices on NRSWA Permits
- Administer our bespoke IT systems and reporting tools
- Manage commercial payments of Permitry costs and any noticing failures
- Write monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior management on MUA highways Permits
- Represent MUA at eternal workgroups
- Review, respond and manage stakeholder enquiries
- Enhance existing relationships with our clients and stakeholders
- Other administrative tasks as required
**Who we are looking for**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of NRSWA, TMA and HAUC documentation and Permitry of works upon the highways
- Full valid UK driving Licence
