**The Role**:

- Creating jobcards for the Technical Department.
- Obtaining authority for warranty work to be completed.
- Processing of warranty claims in accordance with defined procedures by the manufacturer.
- Ensuring payments are received for warranty claims.
- Supporting the Damage Role as needed - during absence & peak periods.
- Completion of required reports within tight deadlines
- All manual and electronic filing are kept up to date and in line with 5’s standards.
- Review and improve processes to develop efficiencies
- Ah-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.

**What kind of person we are looking for?**
- Administration experience
- Very strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Vehicle Technical knowledge or the will to learn.
