**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic Advertising Executive to join our marketing team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the digital team, you will collaborate with colleagues and various stakeholders to ensure our advertising services align with client needs and contracted deliverables. **Key Responsibilities**
- Campaign Management:

- Effectively aid and manage clients' ad accounts, ensuring timely optimization and identifying both tactical and strategic opportunities.
- Conducting regular health checks across our portfolio of accounts
- Conducting regular search query reporting analysis across accounts
- Briefing design teams on creating display assets
- Generating / optimising ad copy for new campaigns
- Work with the Senior Advertising Manager to develop strategies and translate them into campaign delivery.
- Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of campaign results.
- Ensure adherence to paid search and social channel best practices, contributing to the development of our Umi methodology.

Client & Partner Relationships:

- Work with the Senior Advertising Manager to cultivate strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of plans.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in helping to manage clients and other stakeholders through account management calls and meetings.
- Ensure service-level agreements align with stakeholders, meeting all deadlines through effective time management.

Team Player:

- Actively participate in internal team meetings.
- Contribute to the Umi and advertising communities.

Operational Excellence:

- Prepare wider client or team deliverables, collaborating with team members to ensure quality output.
- Leverage available technology, implement efficient processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of issues, proactively suggesting resolutions and preventive measures.

**Your Profile**

Required:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills.
- 1 year hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads.
- High organisational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good writing skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of Excel & presentation tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Love of learning.
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console).

Desired:

- Interest in hospitality.
- Understanding of various digital marketing channels (Organic Search, Organic Social, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate/Earned Media).
- Experience in data visualisation and reporting.
