We are looking to hire an experienced **IT Service Delivery Manager** for an initial **12 Month Fixed-term** assignment.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis as you **WILL** be required to attend regular collaboration meetings at our customers Exeter office throughout the duration of the contract, therefore you need to be located within a commutable distanceof Exeter (Devon) to be considered for the role.

In this position you will be responsible for the operational business relationship for two key clients by managing the agreed contractual service deliverables and assessing, analysing, developing, documenting and implementing service and IT changes requestsusing both internal and external resources.

Over the duration of this assignment, you will be managing and delivering a service extension contract and a service exit contract.

Your role will include:

- Being the day-to-day point of contact for two key customers/clients.
- Working directly with internal and external technical delivery teams.
- Collaborating with appropriate internal stakeholders and customers to identify and coordinate new IT developments.
- Assigning, scheduling, reviewing, improving, monitoring and reporting on work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines.
- Manging customer invoicing cycles.

To be successful as the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will have a proven background in project management, business process analysis and delivery through matrix team management. You will be someone with strong organisational and presentation skills, excellentstakeholder management abilities and have exceptional external customer service management experience.

Importantly, you will be naturally inquisitive with a keen desire to understand the benefits, business processes and technologies relating to the services that you are managing.

You will also have/be:

- Ability to manage and maintain effective communication with team and peers.
- A strong communicator and ability to consult with both the lead customers and suppliers.
- Be accountable for the quality of the delivery from both Project/Programme teams.
- Be approachable and able to provide mentoring and coaching to your peers.
- Be proficient with project and delivery management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
