**Immediate Start Head of Finance | Fast-Growth Architectural Design Studio | London**

Harmonic are delighted to be working with an innovative architecture studio in their search for a Head of Finance to work alongside senior management to improve efficiency and own the finance function.

Despite their strong growth rate, the business has maintained their non-corporate, sociable and collaborative culture with various drinks nights and events for the whole team to attend. Based at their state-of-the-art premises in Central London, you willbe working alongside designers and architects as part of a close-knit team who are ambitious and creative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing monthly management accounts
- Producing the audit pack and statutory accounts
- Business partnering duties
- Cash flow forecasting
- Working closely with senior management to produce budgets and forecasts for the various ongoing projects
- Full responsibility for the finance function including managing the AP, AR, VAT and payroll
- Managing the month end process
- Completing intercompany reconciliations
- Implementation and improvement of finance systems
- Communicating with various clients with regards to invoices
- Managing more junior members of the finance team

**Requirements**:

- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role within an architecture practice, construction business or interior design studio
- SME experience
- Commercially astute

**Salary**: £75,000- £85,000 dependent upon experience + pension + bonus

**Start date**: ASAP
