???????**We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly and experienced team at our busy 7 surgery site in Bristol.**
- **The practice currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including dentures, teeth whitening, and Invisalign**
- **We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth.**

**As a Practice Manager, your role will include**:

- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
