**We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly, experienced and supportive 9-surgery practice team in Bristol (Horfield)**
- A friendly and longstanding practice team supporting 9 surgeries - the practice offers a mix of NHS and private treatments with excellent growth potential
- On-site parking available

**As a Practice Manager, your role will include**:
- Ensuring your patients receive the best care
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
- Leading and managing a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator, the [name regulator depending on the country]
- Proven management expertise
- The motivation and drive to support their team to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and senior management
- Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
- Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to practice profitability.
