Role Profile

Specific Role Responsibilities- Representing the client in a professional manner- Managing rent receipts, rental records, rent queries and rent arrears- Managing insurance payments, refunds and recharges along with associated spreadsheets- Managing mortgages including capital repayments, loan redemptions, mortgage payment failures and updating mortgage balances on the system- Managing the property bank accounts and surplus balances distributions- Making property invoice payments and maintaining associated spreadsheet- Processing VAT transactions in preparation for monthly VAT returns- Dealing with property and mortgage ownership transactions and changes in ownership.- Ability to take and make telephone calls

You will also be responsible for:
- Liaising with valuers, pension members, HMRC and professional advisers

What we are looking for-
- Some accountancy, mortgage and/or property experience would be an advantage- Excellent numerical ability, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail- Credit control and property management useful to have- First class verbal and written communication skills- A customer-focussed, professional and courteous working manner- Commitment to and awareness of the team and changing workloads- Flexibility and a willingness to get involved- Ability to meet deadlines, taking personal ownership to achieve team goals- General administration experience
