Customer Service Executive - Outskirts of Salisbury - £22,000

Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer service executives.
Our client is looking for confident people to deliver exceptional Customer Service for the business by understanding and responding to all customer needs. Answer calls in a timely manner, process orders in line with company procedures, upsell own brands anddeal with enquiries from start to finish. You will work with the brilliant customer services team and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction is achieved
Key job responsibilities:

- Answering customer calls and supporting with their enquiries
- Process all types of orders coming into the business
- Achieve additional sales by upselling on every order phone call - own brand and any agreed promotions
- Ensure own brand and/or promotional conversations are carried out in all relevant phone calls with customers
- Have detailed conversations and take an active interest and engage with customers to build a trusting relationship
- Process all enquiries and/or complaints efficiently, seeing them through from start to finish, liaising with all relevant departments to resolve any issues and carry out any admin as required
**Experience**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
Other information:

- Salary 22k
Benefits - 25 days holiday, Pension, Health Plans, discount on products
Hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri (more part time hours may be considered)
Free parking - you will need own transport due to the office location
