**I am current recruiting for a Finance Administrator for a lovely well-established Letchworth based organisation.**
**This a permanent role that is office based**
**The hours are Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm**
**This is excellent opportunity for a someone to move into a Finance role, to develop their skills and give them long term growth.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Processing Supplier Invoices and crediting supplier payments**
**Processing Customer Remittances**
**Prepare and upkeep Sales Journals**
**Update inward and outward payment spreadsheets**
**Cha**sing outstanding payments/Invoice queries**
**Processing Customer Orders/Shipments**
**Checking and booking in inward shipments**
**To liaise with couriers both inward and outward ensuring smooth and timely deliveries**
**Placing orders with suppliers and following up as necessary**
**Processing inter-company and associated company invoices and documentation**
**Manage and maintain the customer database**
**Preparing export documentation**
**Plus many other ad hoc duties.**
**Aptitude for Finance and figure work**
**Excellent communication and team player**
**Good PC skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office**
