Customer Insights Lead

- In this position you will be leading a data-driven approach to make customer centric decision happen. You will drive the provision of accurate information to proactively anticipate customer needs and influence strategic decisions. Your role will be key to achieve operational efficiency and to shape the future of the business.- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive the development of a data-driven mindset across the business creating a customer-centric environment
- Own and oversee the customer insight processes across business units to ensure they are customer centric
- Provide strong customer insights and business context to senior stakeholders, including senior leadership, that drive customer behaviours and engagement
- Work as an integral member and maximise the effectiveness of the customer squads through the provision of impactful and actionable insights

**Qualifications**
- You have a degree or equivalent in business, economics, marketing, science, or a related field. Knowledge of NHS and the UK pharmaceutical market is essential.- Furthermore, you have:
- A few years experience in developing and implementing data-driven decision-making processes and strategies
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive customer-centric strategies and operational efficiency using customer insights to inform and optimize business decisions
- Experience in analysing customer behaviour and engagement and developing integrated customer strategies and tactical planning based on customer insights
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution of customer insights initiatives Knowledge of customer behaviour and engagement, and ability to use customer insights to inform business decisions with strong communication and presentation skills**About the Department**
- You will become a valued member of an exceptional Customer Insights team, consisting of three individuals. This team operates under the leadership of the Customer & Frontline Excellence Director and is part of a broader structure that includes two additional teams, one focusing on Frontline Excellence and the other on Data and Platforms.**Working at Novo Nordisk**
