We are looking for hard-working, committed and professional individuals to join our growing team as a Wellbeing Practitioner (Activities Coordinator) at The Lodge, based in Chorley

- **Pay & Hours**:_
- Rate of Pay: £13.09 per hour
- Hours of Work: 20 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
- **The Role**:_

As an Wellbeing Practitioner, you will organise and plan weekly activities tailored to meet the individual needs of our service users promoting independence and making each day as fulfilling as possible. Examples could include seasonal activities such as paint an Easter egg, design a Christmas card, arts and crafts, music & movement, gardening and attractions outside of the home in the local community.
- **About you**:_
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Care
- Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
- Able to work unsupervised and to use your own initiative
- Excellent knowledge of confidentiality and its meaning
- Previous experience working with individuals with vulnerable adults with Dementia would be advantageous
- Can work within a budget
- Previous experience planning and implementing activities or events
