Buckshaw Retirement Village are currently looking for people who are passionate & enthusiastic about providing high quality care to join our growing team at The Lodge, based within the beautiful Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancaster.

- Rate of pay: £11.50 per hour
- Hours per week: 22.5 hours
- Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
- **The Role**:_

By becoming a Wellbeing Assistant at The Lodge, you will provide a range of activities, identifying service users’ individual needs. This will include developing and implementing weekly activity plans and the planning of group activities for residents who may have physical needs or dementia care needs.

Ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times, you will be a professional and enthusiastic individual with a caring and supportive attitude. You will be required to fund raise and work with outside agencies/community.
