Personal Assistant to Director

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Source and procure contractors for projects
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all communications are directed appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 for document creation, management, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by the Director.
- Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies, filing systems, and other clerical duties.
- Support financial management tasks using Xero for invoicing and expense tracking as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders through effective communication.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for professional communication.
- Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £22,880.00-£28,333.93 per year
