**Corporate Solicitor - Legal Director/Junior Partner**
**West Yorkshire**
Our client is a leading Top 200 Commercial Yorkshire practice with a fantastic reputation both regionally and nationally.
They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE at a strong regional or national practice to join their team at either Legal Director or Junior Partner level. Whilst not a Big 6 practice this firm regularly deal with top quality CorporateWork and are recognised as such in the major legal directories.
The role would be perfect for those either already at Partner/Director level or those close to it but feel that they are ready to make the move now rather than wait a couple of years. With access to really great work and a better work-life balance than nationaland international practices this really is a fantastic role.
Dealing with your own caseload of excellent quality work from leading regional and national clients you will also supervise junior lawyers as part of a wider Corporate team across the region.
Although a following is not necessary it would be expected that at this level of PQE the right person will have excellent contacts, and links to local, regional and national businesses and organisations.
Leadership skills are also of paramount importance to the role, you must have the personality and characteristics to be able to manage and grow a team. You should also be excellent at developing, growing and maintaining business relationships and be confidentnetworking and pitching for business.
The firm operate a hybrid, flexible working policy with lawyers able to work 2-3 days in the office and the rest remotely. They have a dress for your day policy too, and are relaxed yet professional in how they work day to day. With no bureaucracy like youfind at bigger nationals, and a chance to work on excellent quality work in a great environment this is the perfect role for those looking to get out of a large practice but whilst not compromising on work and lawyer quality.
