Origination and Advisory (O&A) at Deutsche Bank combines Investment Banking Coverage and Advisory along with Capital Markets to deliver the most appropriate products to both the C-Suite and Treasurer. Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world.

Our industry expertise covers Consumer and Retail Services, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Media and Telecom, Natural Resources and Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure. You will play an integral part in this area in order to achieve continued success.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Leveraged Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions and in the day-to-day coverage of Deutsche Bank clients and target clients
- Supporting senior bankers in the coverage effort of key accounts
- Conduct sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- Engaging with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers in both origination and execution projects
- Taking an active and productive role in live projects and developing an understanding of our clients’ businesses

**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant O&A experience supporting the origination and execution of transactions
- Represents an understanding complex deals with structuring capabilities across M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM
- Solid understanding/deal experience within the O&A environment preferred
- Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
