**Food and Beverage Assistant - 40 hours per week, mainly Mon-Fri**

**Food & Beverage Assistant - 40 hours per week**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

To provide efficient, courteous and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required.

To assist in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our clients, in all areas of catering outlets, be that restaurant, bar, boost bar, coffee stations or other catering outlet.

To ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed in line with organisational policy and Health and Safety at Work.

Handle any complaints from delegates, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure that the complaints procedure is being followed and service recovery results in a satisfied client.

Carry out any other reasonable requests of senior management.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**

Experience of working in a good quality hotel or restaurant with bar experience is desirable.
