Title: HR Administrator
Location: Herefordshire

**Salary**: £25,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a developing, well known organisation as a HR Administrator Are you looking to develop and grow within your career?

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing HR advice and staff consultation as required.
- Organising the administration of leavers.
- Administer changes to employee terms and conditions.
- Keeping up to date on all legislation.
- Managing the company benefits.
- Assisting with training.
- Monitoring and managing all maternity, paternity and parental leave.
- Assisting with recruitment processes.
Skills required:

- Have excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ideally be part CIPD qualified.
- Have up to date knowledge of current employment law.
- Experience working in an HR environment
- Experience in advising members of staff.
