My client is looking for a Commercial Accountant to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing company accounts in accordance with local GAAP. This is a hands-on role and you will be required to do everything pertaining to the commercial financeof the site

**The Role**
- Preparation, review and publication of weekly sales volume, gross margin reports.
- Responsibility for reconciliation and analysis of P&L sales volume & revenue by site.
- Maintenance of selling prices and Inco-Terms in SAP.
- Work with site accountants to review costs.
- Monthly review of volume data with Supply Chain & Commercial Managers.
- Monthly update and review of P&L with Financial Controller.
- Update all costs, including open book items to ensure accurate month-end pricing protocol accruals.
- Set up and maintenance of KCF monthly customer pricing models to track actuals and accrue pricing variance.
- Assist with the year-end financial audit.
- Development of site product & customer profitability reporting both within SAP and excel
- Preparation of all new product costings in line with customer pricing models.
- Development of business site costing model.
- Gain an understanding of individual site production processes to aid pricing models.
- Preparation of customer annual budgets and mid-year reviews for all customers.
- Preparation of quarterly pricing forecasts for key customers
- Review of forecast sales and production volumes by customer & site
- Assist in the preparation, collation & consolidation of site fiscal budgets and forecasts.
- Creation & maintenance of SAP standards for overheads and variable costs.
- Development and publication of internal quarterly site & group profit forecast.
- Assist in set up and review of internal cost benchmarking process.
- Assist in annual retail & competitive pricing review.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA/ ICASetc.)
- Currently working in a Commercial Finance role
- FMCG experience is preferred but not a deal-breaker, key is you commercial finance experience
