**Job description**
We're currently looking for a Operations Administration Support to join the Brand Excellence Team.

**The role**:
This role will provide assistance to the Brand Excellence Managers and CRT to define and roll out the best ways of working with the aim of driving business performance through great customer experience. Following are some of the projects this role will be involved with:
**Council Tax**:

- Assist Brand Excellence team in delivering key admin support to the council tax billing process, liaising with site teams and local councils where needed, to ensure that council tax invoices are accurate ensuring that occupancy is correctly reported
- Liaise with finance to ensure that council tax bills are paid in line with council SLA’s and that any overpayments are reclaimed to ensure accurate billing

**Standard Operating Procedures and document management**:

- Assist Brand Excellence Managers in coordinating the Standard Operations Manual, ensuring it is updated in a timely manner as business requirements and processes change

**NAV Support**:

- Coordinate and action any booking amendments in NAV, as requested by the operations leadership, in a timely manner
- Support in the development of new and existing ‘Hello Hub’ features through focus groups and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

**Student Arrears** - **Play a key role as part of a centralised debt management function ensuring reports are up to date for all properties, arrears letters are issued accordingly for all properties & site teams have the guidance and support required to tackle any local debt issuesAd-hoc Projects**
- Administrative support in collating data and other tasks.

**Qualifications and Experience**

We're looking for someone who has great customer service and communication skills, is organised and can manage multiple tasks at once.
