**Country Style Foods** are a modern-craft, family run bakery manufacturer and we believe our colleagues make our business what it is. Working closely with leading UK supermarkets and retailers, we specialise in high-volume production of top quality, artisan bakery products.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated and friendly Night Shift Team. This is permanent position, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of 18:00 - 06:00, paying between **£13.92 - £14.42 per hour depending on level of experience**.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and some heavy lifting. Duties include:

- Picking, packing, and quality control of products in the warehouse;
- Loading and unloading of vehicles with incoming and outgoing shipments;
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently;
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping processes;
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals;Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts;
- Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Skills**:

- Experience of handling materials within a warehouse setting (preferably food products);
- Proficient in picking, packing, and quality control procedures;
- Ability to manage lifting safely and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time;
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes;
- Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- A counterbalance Forklift licence (in date);
- Effective communication skills - approachable and diligent to all levels;
- Interpersonal skills - building relationships, sensitivity and confidentiality;
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads;
- A flexible approach to working.
