**Country Style Foods** are a modern-craft, family run bakery manufacturer and we believe our colleagues make our business what it is. Working closely with leading UK supermarkets and retailers, we specialise in high-volume production of top quality, artisan bakery products.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Charge Hands to join our dedicated and friendly Day Shift Teams. These are permanent positions, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of 06:00 - 18:00. You will ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse function by overseeing/supervising and assisting the collection and despatch of products according to the despatch schedule whilst ensuring Health, Safety and Quality procedures are adhered to. Main duties include:

- Carry out daily stock-take of all products, record and distribute to relevant third parties;
- Ensure all goods-in are handled, checked and booked on to the navigation system;
- Carry out a full site stock-take for the Group Purchasing department accordingly;
- Communicate logístically with our carriers regarding collections/deliveries;
- Daily shift handover with the Front Line Managers on duty;
- Ensure all pallets are labelled correctly and appropriately segregated;
- Keep production Front Line Managers and Team Leaders up to date with stock levels;
- Ensure a ‘clean as you go’ approach and keep good housekeeping standards at all times;
- Supervise and support operatives;
- Ensure sufficient deputies are available to cover the role;
- Ensure that all personnel pursue safe working practices at all times.

Please note - a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is required.
