RMS Recruitment are currently recruiting with an outstanding client based in **Newton Aycliffe** and have an exciting opportunity for a **System Administrator** to join their team.

This is a **temporary contract** for a minimum of 6 months with the potential of this being extended. You will be working Monday to Friday either 7AM - 3PM or 8AM - 4PM. The hourly rate for this role is £13.50 per hour.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Working with Material Controllers on the management of Supplier order books ensuring they are sent to suppliers in a timely, consistent manner.
- Expediting supplier order book responses on material delivery dates and order acknowledgments to confirm suppliers understand and commit to our requirements.
- Maintenance of supplier delivery scheduling within SAP and other business IT systems.
- Raising Service Purchase Requisitions within SAP ensuring accurate data input and resolution with requestors on discrepancies identified.
- Liaison with warehouse, material controllers, logistics and suppliers to plan the delivery of critically urgent materials ensuring these are prioritised at Goods In and available to manufacturing at the earliest opportunity.
- Support in Goods Receipt on SAP of Supplier Managed Inventory
- Work with colleagues to satisfy inter-warehouse transfers of materials between sites.
- Experience of managing/controlling inventory profiles
- Experience with computerised inventory control systems.
- Experienced in SAP or similar ERP system.
- Competent IT Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Powerbi)
- General knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations principles and practices.
- Good communication and collaborative team working skills.
- Can represent/interact across all levels of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
