**About the Role**:
The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care (HeMS) is our largest faculty; with 400 staff serving over 5,000 students, it also includes our new School of Medicine. Our Faculty offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including doctoral level studies. All our courses are designed with students at their heart and are taught by our award-winning academics, with the benefit of high-end facilities which mirror real-life working environments.
You will mainly be assisting students, staff, and members of the public with their queries but some administrative and housekeeping duties will also be required.
You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively to understand our customers needs and offer solutions. Therefore you’ll need to be customer-orientated and patient.
