Our Clinical Trials team, based in Maids Moreton, Buckingham is seeking to recruit a full time CRM/ Lead Generation Administrator. The role will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring all activity within the CRM tool and generating new clinical trials opportunities.

To be a successful CRM/ Lead Generation Administrator you should be proactive and work collaboratively alongside our Business Development Executives.

A top CRM/ Lead Generation Administrator should be self-motivated, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.

**Your duties will include**:

- Implement and maintain all activity (including task allocation) within the CRM tool.
- Ensure all data within the CRM tool is cleansed and kept up to date.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics on the CRM tool related to pipeline and RFP for routine and ad hoc reports.
- Generates accurate intelligence on Pharma Clinical Trials market in the US and Europe.
- Conducts research for opportunities to transfer to Business Development Executives.
- Monitors inbound sales queries and liaises with the appropriate Business Development Executive to qualify opportunities.
- Collates feedback on opportunities won and lost to inform changes to Vitalograph’s approach to the market and offering.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings.
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.

**You will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
- Proactive and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
- Attention to detail. - Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Methodical, efficient with a thorough approach to research.
- A team worker able to engage well with other remote/home based workers.
- Succinct and relevant writing and presenting style necessary to brief a Sales Team.
- Task orientated approach to work and ability to prioritise and allocate time accordingly.
- Efficient at keeping records up to date and comfortable in the use of web based platforms.
- Able to identify and interpret ‘value’ within a sales and marketing context.
