The key to this UK companies success is their passionate staff, teams and support functions who ensure that they maintainhigh performance and great results worldwide As a HR & Talent Advisor, you will help provide an effective UK HR support services and administration role with key responsibilities in HR, Talent and recruitment consistent with Company and legal requirements.

**Description**

What is expected from you as Senior HR Administrator:

- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service support
- Support managers with the effective and efficient performance of their employees, identifying and facilitating appropriate interventions through the performance management processes.
- Assisting in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes by supporting Recruiting Managers and the Talent Acquisition team
- Provide advice and support for employees taking maternity, paternity or adoption leave
- Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees, obtaining key information which can inform trends and actions to be taken forward by the organisation
- Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
- Support delivery of organisational change initiatives, e.g. implementation of new structures, changes to benefits etc.
- Review and update policies, procedures and Employee Handbooks (globally) in line with changes to legislation or working practice.

**Profile**

Senior HR Administrator experience and characteristics desired;
- Previous generalist or administration focused HR experience
- CIPD qualified or looking to work towards qualification
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A solution-orientated team player, who has drive, enthusiasm and a proactive 'can do' attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise workload
