**Position: Marketing Coordinator**

**Hours: 24 hours per week**

**Salary: £11.50 per hour plus sales commission**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join Aspire Training Team, a leading Apprenticeship and training provider. Established over 25 years ago Aspire Training Team operate across the South Coast alongside their sister company Tops Day Nurseries to provide specialist Early Years and Business Skills Apprenticeships.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to work with the Business Development Manager to organise the implementation of and support development of marketing strategies for Aspire Training Team.

This role will cover a variety of mediums covering all aspects of digital marketing, social media, photography & videography, networking, web development, public relations and more. It is a brilliant opportunity to get all round experience in marketing mediums rather than having to stick to one.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities will involve**:

- To ensure the company is presented at the forefront of the sectors it operates in, promoting equal opportunities, health & safety, and sharing best practice.
- Support the Business Development Manager to translate marketing strategies into workable plans for Aspire Training Team.
- Support the creation of marketing plans for Aspire Training Team.
- Responsible for implementing marketing plans.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to deliver promotional material and services in support of the marketing strategies.
- Business networking to gather contacts and maximise promotional opportunities.
- Maintain all online and offline content to a high standard with current up to date content, including websites, search listings, social media pages, local advertising etc
- Analyse marketing data to support campaign creation.
- Report on activities within the marketing department and results of campaigns.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience.**
- A high level of commercial awareness and a desire to deliver tangible results in a cost effective manner.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in marketing roles.
- Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft office and modern communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Mailchimp and other marketing communication tools.
- Proficient in the use of Word Press
- Knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Canva and other design tools.
- A strong knowledge and experience of social media platforms, software and industry trends.
- A strong knowledge and experience of SEO and PPC.
- Excellent communication and copy writing skills

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in creative PR, Marketing or Sales.
- Marketing qualification.
- Video and sound recording, editing,
- Physical graphic design.
- Driving Licence & use of car with business use.
- Prepared to undertake professional development as appropriate.
- Ability to lead a team as a reliable professional, developing positive relationships with colleagues.
- Previous experience within a Creative Design Environment
