We are looking for a Client System and Product Onboarding Administrator to join us on a 13-month Fixed-Term Contract.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Client System and Product Onboarding Administrator. In this role you’ll support our new clients by assisting them with additional product and service set ups. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of documentation and incorporating new and changed services. We are one of the UK’s most innovative and exciting companies to work for in this sector with lots of awards to be proud of. As part of this role, you’ll have the option to work from home, in office or a mixture of both.

- Accurate and timely data entry for client set up.
- Validation of test output labels and files.
- Documentation of new processes introduced by the various project teams.
- Maintenance of existing process documentation.
- You will manage tasks/incidents/requests relating to onboarding to ensure SLA compliance.
- Ensuring all onboarding reporting is up to date.

We are looking for:

- Demonstrable organisational and analytical skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels to different stakeholders.
- Proficient IT skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles desirable
- Desirable knowledge of ‘Service now’
