This is not just another job - it’s an opportunity to become a key part of a high-performing, supportive clinic, helping patients access world-class dentistry while developing your own skills and career with real progression opportunities.

**Why Join Infinity Dental Clinic?**
- **Comprehensive, high-quality care** - We provide a full range of private dental services, including being the UK’s number 1 Straumann implant provider, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation, facial aesthetics, and general care.
- **Career growth** - This role offers a clear pathway to progress and take on more responsibility.

- **Modern, forward-thinking practice** - Join a clinic that continually innovates, invests in technology, and sets high standards in patient care.

**About the Role**

As our **Patient Sales & Treatment Coordinator**, you’ll be at the heart of the patient journey — guiding them through their options, ensuring clarity around treatment and costs, and providing a seamless, welcoming experience from enquiry to booking.

You’ll support patients while helping drive clinic growth by meeting conversion targets and tracking leads through our systems.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries.
- Explaining treatments clearly (including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation) — training will be provided.
- Guiding patients through payment options, including financing and insurance.
- Ensuring clarity and transparency around costs and treatment fees.
- Handling patient objections professionally and empathetically.
- Managing treatment plans, finance discussions, and follow-ups with attention to detail.
- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth, consistent patient journey.
- Using CRM systems to track leads, manage enquiries, and report on conversions.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs and patient conversion targets.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**You may have experience in roles such as**:

- Treatment Coordinator
- Sales advisor
- Patient care advisor

- Customer service or lead management

**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
- Have experience in customer service, sales, or patient-facing roles.
- Are confident discussing treatment options, costs, and finance.
- Can handle objections and guide decision-making professionally.
- Are comfortable working to KPIs and conversion targets.
- Are organised, detail-focused, and tech-savvy (CRM experience is a bonus).
- Have dental or healthcare experience (not essential - training is provided).

**What Makes This Role Special?**
- **Genuine progression** - We’ll support your development and help you grow into more senior responsibilities.
- **Rewarding, impactful work** - Help patients start treatments that improve confidence, health, and quality of life.
- **Ongoing training** - You’ll be coached and supported by a team that wants you to succeed.
- **Great benefits** - Including performance bonuses, pension, dental treatment, free parking, staff discounts, and more.
