**The Role**

You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients. Your job is simple and important: turn incoming enquiries into booked appointments and guide people toward the treatments that will change their lives.

**Key responsibilities**
- Build rapport with potential patients and understand what they need.
- Use our CRM to manage leads, follow up efficiently and track conversion performance.
- Work closely with the clinical and admin teams to keep the patient journey seamless.
- Report on sales activity and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in sales or a similar role within a service based setting.
- A results focused mindset and the drive to go beyond targets.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following a structured sales process.
- A friendly, proactive approach and the ability to reassure and guide patients.
- Knowledge of dental treatments is helpful but not essential. Full training is provided.
