Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Nursing and Residential Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a current valid PIN Number, to be our Clinical Lead.

You will be working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager and the team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents. As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out quality audits, will lead by example and monitor standards. You will also supervise clinical practice. Your standards will be of the highest calibre and a “can do” attitude is essential. You will share the on-call responsibilities with the Home Manager and Deputy.

In turn, you will work in a beautiful Home, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to improve our Home.

DBS, PIN/Revalidation, Uniform, Breaks and Handover are all paid by Hill Care. We also offer free-parking.

This role is 40 hours per week.
