Marketing Executive

If so, look no further, as we are looking for a Business to Business - B2B - Marketing Executive to join our great team. We work a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. 1 of these 3 days must be worked from the Gatwick office (ideally Tuesdays), but the other 2 can be worked from either our London Charing Cross or our Bracknell offices.

Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and business development, you’ll champion social media across the Division, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics.

You will be tasked with building, optimising, promoting and creating content, as well as updating the company’s websites and supporting on PPC and SEO campaigns across the division. You will also help with delivering the calendar of campaign activity, including events marketing and collateral, internal comms and PR.

This role requires a self-motivated individual; someone who is hands-on, capable and experienced in varied marketing, with a strong reporting skill set.

**You will**:

- Support social media for the Services Division brands, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics
- Support PPC and Paid Social campaigns
- Support and update the CRM database
- Help to develop & implement SEO & content strategies across our websites
- Assist with projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future websites, including launching new websites
- Create image / video assets for social and website projects
- Support with key campaign activity across service areas
- Assist with reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) monthly
- Support on data related projects such as collecting and loading data to compile intelligence reports, using the CRM system to identify target audiences, supporting the review and reporting process of monthly business KPIs and contributing to monthly results presentations
- Design and create a range of content and marketing materials (including brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, PR and e-marketing)
- Work closely with our PR agency to develop & implement a digital PR strategy
- Set up and manage webinars
- Assist with internal communications (newsletters, intranet/marketing updates)
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and key stakeholders
- Assist with general marketing activity aligned with sales strategy & business development
- Perform general marketing administration tasks

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a varied marketing role, including some digital
- An enthusiastic, friendly, hands-on, team player with a sense of humour
- A clear passion for marketing and evidence of recent professional development within marketing (desirable)
- Experience with B2B marketing is essential
- Experience in a similar industry (within the training or education, safety or aviation sectors) would be a huge advantage
- Experience managing several different business units and stakeholders (desirable)
- A hands-on, self-starter who can work autonomously
- Experience in management of social media networking tools for B2B
- Experience in creation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns
- A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends
- Experience working with a CMS, and building content in multiple environments
- Experience working with stakeholders across all levels, including Sales, Functional Experts and Business Development teams
- An analytical mind and an ability to report return on investment across a variety of marketing channels
- Experience in the use of Google Analytics
- Previous use of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in HTML / CSS (desirable)
- A strong team player who can also work independently
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Advertising or Marketing (desirable)
