The Data Admin Assistant is a fundamental role within the Trusts Trauma Audit Team ensuring that clinical information from patient records for trauma patients is extracted, interpreted and submitted in line with national deadlines, guidance and requirements.
The Data Admin Assistant will work within a small team providing administrative and secretarial support. A key function of the role is ensuring that all significant patient data is collected and recorded promptly and accurately.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Supporting the Data Coordinators to help collect and locate information needed for data submissions
Requesting patient records to source information
Visiting wards to collect information required
Using our trust business intelligence system to pull daily reports to identify eligible patients to be uploaded to the national major trauma database

The post holder is required to courteously and efficiently receive enquiries,
essential. The post holder is expected to do this unsupervised and independently on a daily basis. The post holder will organise their own day to day activities and tasks.
