White Horse Employment are delighted to be supporting a very well established, contracted and outsourced Customer Service Business. They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to support one of their seasonal campaigns on a Temporary basis.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work within a company who support and work alongside some of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.
Within this role you will directly be working with and supporting one of the largest specialist website in the UK. They have an outstanding reputation through the service they provide. You will managing both digital and phone-based queries while representingand upholding their brand image.
You will:
- Be answering questions and queries regarding deliveries and products
- Be empathetic and able to offer a response in timely manner
- Understand the problem and offer the best solution
- Be there to help the best you can
- Have an understanding of company products
The role covers core working hours, Monday - Sunday. You would not be required to work every weekend - this would be organised on a rota system.
There would be initial on-site training for the first few weeks with ongoing remote working once training has been completed. You will be provided with all your home equipment and they are offering a competitive hourly rate along with pay enhancements duringweekend working. This assignment is due to last 3 months over the spring period.
