**Senior Cyber Security Architect (IS)**

**Location - Coventry (with the option for hybrid working)**

**Salary: Up to £80,000pa plus a generous pension, plus a range of company benefits**

**The Important Bit**

As a Technical Cyber Security Architecture expert, You will be reporting into the Head of Enterprise Architecture, and working closely with the Director of Digital, Risk and Security, and Director of Service Operations, to develop the vision and strategythat enables a secure-by-design culture. You will be responsible for providing security architecture leadership and guidance to support the design and delivery of security improvements and transformation programmes across the product lines. You will work withsenior stakeholders to evolve organisational cyber security capabilities and own security architecture across the business and OT systems and provide security design assurance and gap-fit recommendations for new initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Technical Cyber background with 5+ years as a Lead Security Architect on significant digital transformations including introducing IAM and SOC capabilities
- Good working knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS service models and associated cloud security patterns across the main hyperscalers
- Current working knowledge of the latest types of cyber threats along with security architecture best practices and latest market capabilities
- Experienced in presenting security issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrable ability of working well under pressure
- Demonstrable ability of guiding and influencing senior stakeholders.

**Desirable**
- 3+ years working knowledge of architecting in an agile environment
- Regulated industry background (i.e., Utilities, Financial Services, Health Care etc.)
- Experience with OT Industrial Control Systems / SCADA / CNI
- One or more of - CEH / ISSAP / CCSP / CSTAR / CISSP / CISM qualifications
- SABSA or TOGAF certified
- Previous experience of managing people.
