Engineering Stores Person is responsible for managing the inventory and supply chain of engineering components and equipment.
- Input and upkeep stores components
- Maintenance and stock levels of engineering stores
- PPE engineering stock control and to produce reports.
- Administration of orders, despatch, goods received, invoices, PPE, health and safety environmental records.
- To issue stock products to the Engineers
- To source correct parts and order in a timely manner
- To accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system
- To record stock adjustments and to action as appropriate
- To maintain high level of housekeeping
- To attend site meetings when required to discuss any issues within store and to follow up
- Recording goods inwards/outwards using Excel
- To take delivery of goods delivered on site
- Ensure goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damage and quantity
- Put materials away in stores after deliveries
- To carry stock takes on weekly basis
