Vehicle Painter

**Vehicle Painter | Reading, RG2 0GX | Full Time: 7am
- 5.30pm Monday
- Friday | £40,000 - £45,000 Per year + bonus**

OC Motor Repairs Ltd is an accident repair centre that is part of the One Call Group of companies. It has been established for over 10 years, and is a group of insurance approved vehicle repair centres, working to ensure the highest quality standards aremaintained. We specialise in car body repairs and accident crash repairs.

We are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Painter and Sprayer to join our team and deliver the best customer service to our clients.

**Role Requirements**
- Skilled in the profession with a minimum of 1+years’ experience in a vehicle painter or sprayer role.
- Comfortable in a painting environment.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
- Keen to support others and a cooperative team player.
- The ability to maintain a consistent high standard whilst under pressure.
- Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given.
- Customer focused and team oriented.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Prepare vehicles to be painted by hand or machine.
- Mix and match paint by eye or by using computer technology to ensure correct colour match.
- Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork.
- Treat vehicles with rush-proofing chemicals.
- Working in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to the specific areas.
