At various stages of learning throughout the year we will look at your payment strucure and increase this accordingly based on knowledge and how well you have performed.

We would also supply you with a work vehicle once you are ready So a drivers licence is essential

Tasks
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colours and finishes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirments.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
- Creating social media content

- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
