**The Role**
Our packing team play the all-important role of packing our dishes so they start to look a little more like the dishes you know and love. With all of our dish components prepared, cooked and assembled, it’s time to bring them all together. When our dishes arrive with the packing team they have been chilled and are ready for the finishing touches. The packing team are responsible for adding any final toppings to the dishes and for sealing, wrapping and packing the dishes ready to be sent out to the supermarket shelves.

As a packing team leader you will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled team, you’ll be involved in the end to end process of making our delicious food.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all food meets our customers’ expectations of great quality, taste and dependability, whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and GMP.

Applicants should have the ability to be a logical thinker, who remains calm under pressure. You will need to demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement, a positive attitude with a can do approach, and the ability to get the best from your team.
**What you’ll need**

Experience of working in a food handling environment as a production operative would be beneficial however, isn’t essential as we will provide food safety and quality training for those who don’t have prior experience. Experience of leading a team is an essential criteria for this role.
