**People Coordinator Vacancy**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Newton Aycliffe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting all aspects of HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations.

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our HR function; ensuring smooth and efficient processes that support our people and uphold compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and employees to deliver a positive HR experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job adverts, interview scheduling, and new starter documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, process employee changes, and support payroll administration.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Coordinate training programs and assist with performance reviews and development planning.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (ability to travel between sites if needed).

**Desirable Requirements**
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
