**Your new role**
We're delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service and we're excited for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our team - and we need you
You’ll be responsible for the management of the Disrepair operatives across all regions, making sure that all resources are utilised efficiently and work closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standards in a timely manner.
You’ll lead a team of Advanced Multiskilled Operatives and work closely with the Senior Surveyor, overseeing the delivery of our varied repairs and remedial works as well as completing post-inspections to make sure that all works identified and specified in pre-inspections are completed to a high standard.
Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing service to all homes within the operating area.
