Located in one of the most atmospheric areas of Cardiff, we have now opened the third Chai Green restraunt coming straight out of the heart of Biringham. Chai Green is a unique dining experience. We specialise in a range of things but specifically in our Chai and our wide variety of South Asian cuisine.

Here at Chai Green we have an exciting oppurtunity as we are ready to welcome enthusiastic, hard working and diverse front of house members to our Chai Green family. Customer service makes or breaks a customers experince in the hospitality industry, so this role requires staff who are attentitive, caring and will pay attention to every bit of detail. Although new to Cardiff our restraunt is very high demand and fast pace this means we are looking out for individuals who have plenty of initiative and work well under pressure.

In this full-time hands on role, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

- Welcoming customers upon arrival with exceptional customer service.
- Seating customers and taking their orders.
- Running food and drinks.
- Clearing and setting tables.
- Engaging with and checking on customers during their visit.
- Making drinks in our bar area.
- Taking and arranging takeaway orders.
- Daily bar stock check.
- Maintaining a clean work enviroment throughout the day.
- Organising and reserving tables if needed.
- Following both openning and closing rota.

- Able to work in a busy enviroment.
- Self-motivated.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and raport with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent team player.

**Full-time hours (some weekends on request)**
