We are a speciality coffee shop and brunch kitchen. Established in 2017 through a passion for coffee & food, the business is highly established in the area.

Service is fast paced, especially on the weekends - 60 covers based over 2 floors with opening hours of 8.30-3.30pm, allowing for a positive work/life balance.

WHAT WE ARE AFTER

We are a small team and we all work together to ensure a smooth service. The barista will be required to work alongside the shift leader in providing drinks to a high standard in good time. The ideal candiate will possess the confidence to lead the team, ensuring customers needs are met and that service from a drinks point of view is always maintained to standards set out by the business

Willingness to help out other front of house staff, in ensuring food is taken from the kitchen to customers in good time.

Excellent time management & organisation skills to ensure orders are prepared efficiently - especially during peak hours

OTHER DUTIES
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a barista in a similar café or coffee shop setting
- experience of working with different coffee brewing methods is preferable
- Basic skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support where needed
