Event Executive

You will be joining the business at a very exciting time, as we roll out our new corporate narrative. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to play a part in shaping our event programme, delivering innovative new approaches and be part of a growing communicationsteam.

This role is hybrid, and you will be based from either our London or Hemel Hempstead office. As with all Events roles, there will be travel and some overnight stays.

**What you will be doing**:

- Planning and executing a range of internal and external events (both in-person and virtual)
- Co-ordinating pre-event communications, delegate management, on-the-day event management and post event follow up activities
- Assisting with tracking of costs to ensure events are delivered within budget
- Managing suppliers to ensure best in class event delivery
- Co-ordinating branded merchandise online store - ensuring appropriate stock levels and brand compliance
- Ensuring event charges are reconciled regularly
- Monitoring the UK Event Team inbox and responding to enquiries
- Ensuring all event content, brand and messaging is consistent, including alignment with our corporate narrative and external messaging, tailored as appropriate

**What you’ll bring**:

- Events knowledge (both in person and virtual) would be a significant advantage
- Time management - excellent time management skills required to meet deadlines
- Multi-tasker - ability to work on multiple projects and think ahead to anticipate requirements
- Stakeholder management - ability to build relationships quickly
- Attention to detail - essential for delegate and budget management
- Excellent Office 365 skills
- Flexibility - the role will involve some travel and out of hours working at events
- Proactive team player - with positive corporate attitude
