Contact Centre Advisor

We are currently looking for customer service retention advisors in our London contact centre (Tooting). Full time Monday to Friday shift.
**Responsibilities**:
- Being passionate about O2’s products, services and propositions.
- Perform outbound calls to our existing customers, as well as new prospects.
- Provide clear information about our O2 products and services.
- Helping customers with queries, questions or concerns.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPI’s and targets.
- Maintain records of contacts and accounts on our CRM system.
- Ensuring that all data is handled in a manner that is GDPR compliant.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Service excellence and can-do attitude.
- Target driven.
- Able to handle customer information with extreme confidentiality.
- Confident, enthusiastic and will show initiative.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, a team player.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated detail orientation and aptitude to stay organised.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- A motivated self-starter.
