**What's the role?**:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual for the unique dual role of a Technical Trainer. In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Nuclear Anchor Training to main contractors at the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Plant. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and deliver a comprehensive training program for Firestop Installation from scratch.

Beyond training responsibilities, you will be a driving force in sales activities, engaging Tier 1 contractors onsite at Hinkley Point C, promoting and selling the full spectrum of HILTI products. Proficiency in technical training delivery, a deep understanding of construction practices and services, and sales acumen are essential for success in this role.

**What does the role involve?**:
**Technical Training Delivery:
- Conduct Nuclear Anchor Training sessions for main contractors at Hinkley Point C, utilizing your technical expertise to effectively deliver predefined training content.
- Ensure training sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to meet participants' needs while adhering to the highest safety standards.
- Continuously enhance training delivery techniques and adapt content as required to align with industry best practices and project requirements.

**Firestop Installation Training Development:
- Create a comprehensive and impactful Firestop Installation Training program from scratch, leveraging your technical prowess to develop clear, concise, and effective training materials.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive training modules.

**Sales Activities and Client Engagement:
- Drive sales activities onsite at Hinkley Point C, engaging Tier 1 contractors to promote and sell the complete range of HILTI products.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

**Utilization of CRM and other tools:
- Effectively utilize Salesforce and internal tools to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. - Degree in Engineering is required. Relevant technical certifications and qualifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in technical training delivery, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Good technical understanding of construction practices, specifically pertaining to Nuclear Anchor and Firestop Installation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts and sales propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for effective lead management and reporting.
